About Me — Pamela Coddington Samaniego

As a content creator and strategist, I help organizations and individuals tell their stories with clarity and purpose. I write website content, newsletters, press releases, bios, exhibition text, audio and in-person tour scripts, and more. I use my reporting skills to deeply listen to clients and uncover the stories that matter most to their audiences.

As a journalist, I currently write about lifestyle topics, including the arts and food, for local publications. For example, I recently wrote a series about art on prescription, which is movement aimed at engaging the arts in health and well-being. I shared my research through public talks and advocacy efforts, including presenting to nonprofit leaders and representing Marin County during California Arts Advocacy Day.

To maintain a clear ethical boundary between my journalism and branded work, I do not report on companies, artists, or museums I’ve worked with as a content writer. I’m transparent about my role in each context and committed to editorial integrity.

I’ve recently completed a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Journalism at Harvard Extension School (Class of 2025). I also hold a B.A. in Art History from New York University, a post-baccalaureate writing certificate from UC Berkeley Extension, and a certificate in Museum Studies from Harvard Extension.

Let’s connect.
